What is included in Self Drive Tours
- Harley Davidson- some other makes and models have an extra charge. For 2020, the Electra Glide only comes as an Ultra Limited and is an extra charge. Or choose a Street Glide Grand Touring with the tall shield, comfortable rear large seat, and top box. Just like the Electra Glide at no extra cost . And it sits about 3 inches lower so it is much easier to park and put your feet down.
- lodging: local style places that are part of the experience of the trip, usually walking distance to dinner and fun: Where We Stay
- food stops: neat local places to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. These are part of the authentic experience of the area.

What’s Not Included
-Meals : No meals included
Breakfast Not Included: If you see “breakfast included” from another tour company, that tells you they stay in cheap generic hotels with a small breakfast included. Ride Free stays usually at more interesting places. Interesting places don’t always include breakfast. I personally wouldn’t go on any tour if “breakfast included” is listed. That is not a good thing.

-entrance fees to museums. These are a minimal cost usually.

Choose one of our Listed Tours — to be Self Drive, or we can make you a custom tour.
Self Drive with or Without Booked Hotels — We can do with or without hotels booked. But realize that some of the best hotels and most popular areas get booked up months in advance. If you just show up that day you might have a long drive off the mountain to find a hotel. Or you might spend an hour looking for an available hotel only to have to book the only available room that could be overpriced and not at a good spot for the night.
Custom Tours — If you want to ride half days and do other activities, we can help with that.
